first backwash the wheels then they sell some chrome and metal polish use some of that then put a coat of wax on them

You demand two products, a wheel cleaner and a chrome polish. Use the wheel cleaner every time you wash your car to get that nasty black brake dust off the wheels. End with a chrome polish regularly to keep them shiny. Some polishes have a protective wax in them. Read the labels, find one will save you time.
