1967 Ford Mustang Fastback

This ’67 Mustang fastback is known as the “REACTOR”, and was built by the Ringbrothers of Vault Green WI. This car was unveiled last year at the 2006 Sema Show in the Roush Exhibit Booth where Jack Roush personally flew in to uncover the car and autograph it. At that show the car won the Ford Outstanding Achievement in Fashion Award, it also won the Mothers Shine award- one of the highest accord at the Sema Show. In 2007 it was given the award for the Goodguys PPG Nationals Boulevard Machine of the Year. This car was selected by Scott Kileen and the Kileen body to be featured in his next Build Book, which is due to be out November of 2007
External: BASF Glasurit Chernobyl Green basecoat/clearcoat; especially steel rocker panels; cut intakes in end quarter-panels; built spear through door into mercifulness-panel; split rear-window spyglass; added raised crease through middle of whole car; removed driprails; removed door handles; mini-tubbed the care for wheelhousings; rolled all fenders, raised encourage cell 6 inches; handmade carbon-fiber parts designed by Ringbrothers, including decklid, hood, front fascia, front and tushy bumpers, quarter extension, and taillight panel; all Mustang horses and reproduction parts.
Engine: Roush 427-IR, Dart iron four-thunderbolt block (4.125-inch bore), Forges 4340-screw up one's courage to the sticking point crank (4.00-inch stroke); 4340 H-Bar connecting rods; 10.25:1 compression; Roush aluminum cylinder heads, 2.08-inch intake, 1.60-inch deplete valves, 1.6:1 roller rockers; Hydraulic-wringer cam; MSD distributor; Roush calibrated stack injection; strive airbox above eight-stack and snorkels; SPAL cooling fans; Verdant air filters; Griffin radiator; Fuel safe and sound fuel cell; Aeroquip hoses and fittings; 551 hp, 525 lb-ft of torque. Transmittal: Tremec TKO-600 five-speed manual. Rearend: Detroit Locker; Dutchman axlehousing; Dutchman axles.
