Ray 		My 1 year old GoodYear tire exploded on highway and damaged my car, should they fix my car?
I bought this tire at adjoining GoodYear Gemini tire store a year ago, has around 15,000 miles on the tire, still under warranty. Today the tire exploded on the highway when I was driving 65 MPH. I didn't hit anything on the side or ran over anything, it decent exploded. At that kind of speed, I was very lucky I didn't get in an accident because there were lots of cars. After I pulled the car to the side, I noticed the spray guard, rim will need to be replaced too. I have already spent almost $100 to have my mini van towed. I have tried call their city number, 1800 number, 1877 number, I was not able to get anyone on the phone at all(at 4PM on Sunday). Now should they supplant my rim and splash guard since the tire is defected and exploded? Thanks in advance for any help!
The think rationally I say its defected because the other tires I bought at the same time apear to be in very good condition.

Unless you can substantiate that the tire was defective
have your insurance company pay for the damage
minus your deductible

P205/65R15 principled bought these tires. Goodyear Triple Tread Assurance for my 2005 Toyota Camry. Relations inflated to 32 psi, but on the door jam it says 29 psi.....Is 32 too peak for this or is it correct? Ride does feel a little hard. Then had Continental Touring Tiires (original equipment)

Don't dearth winters, but want a good reasonably priced tire and either the Goodyear Wrangler or Kuhmo tires look palatable. What do you think?
Have heard bad things about Goodyear, but probably has a lot to do with tire type and driving experience, is this candidly? We do mostly highway driving, limited city exposure.
